Thank you for taking the time to research potential inspectors. Whether you are purchasing an investment property, home or commercial building, it is important to learn about your inspector.
My background has primarily been in manufacturing, where I have extensive experience in maintaining building systems and process equipment within a variety of industries. This work provided me with many opportunities to participate in multiple real estate transactions across several states. It has also allowed me to participate in numerous home inspections, observing each inspector and either appreciating their thoroughness or living with the consequences of issues that were overlooked.
In my personal life, I enjoy working with my hands, remodeling homes and completing building projects. I enjoy learning about building science, systems, designs and construction best practices. Inspecting homes and commercial properties enables me to provide a meaningful service to new friends, while having the unique opportunity to pursue my passion in building science, identifying cause and effect and providing viable solutions to typical and non typical building problems.
