To achieve this certification, our inspectors underwent rigorous training encompassing every facet of homes, both inside and out. Hello, I’m Steven Lawrence, a licensed home inspector proudly serving the Midway area and its surrounding counties. I established Eye 4 Inspection Services in 2020, motivated by my commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail that sets my inspections apart. My mission is to help clients make informed decisions through thorough, high-quality inspections. I also bring a background in Property Management, which complements my work as a home inspector. This combination allows me to offer a unique perspective on property upkeep and value, ensuring that clients understand both immediate concerns and long-term property care.
In addition to my work in inspections, I’m an active member of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association (KREIA). Currently, I serve as a board member and chair for affiliates, which gives me the opportunity to support other home inspectors and advocate for continued education in our field. My involvement with KREIA reflects my dedication to advancing the standards of our profession, helping my fellow inspectors succeed, and providing clients with a service that goes beyond the basics.
